The Homeplace, a legendary restaurant and historic icon for over 40 years, is located at 4968 Catawba Valley Drive and features over 8,500 square feet on approximately 11 acres with sweeping rolling hill and mountain views. Our team represented the sellers in this transaction, successfully transferring ownership of one of the region’s most recognizable properties. The new owners plan to preserve the Homeplace name and much of its original character, with intentions to reopen the restaurant in early 2026.
