Andy

Andy Mullins is a licensed Realtor with over 20 years of experience, now serving clients as part of Waldvogel Commercial Properties, Inc. Since graduating from Emory & Henry College in 2004, Andy has built his career exclusively in commercial real estate, representing buyers, sellers, and property owners in multimillion-dollar transactions.

Throughout his career, Andy has developed a deep understanding of real estate development, investment, and ownership. Much of this foundation was shaped early on through his father, Steven A. Mullins, who was actively involved in commercial real estate for more than 22 years. Today, Andy continues to carry that legacy forward, providing clients with the insight and guidance needed to make confident, well-informed decisions.

Andy is married to his wife, Sarah, and together they have one child, Sam. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, watching college football—especially the Georgia Bulldogs—and spending time with family.

Noah

Noah Beckley is a licensed Realtor with strong roots in the Roanoke Valley, proudly representing Waldvogel Commercial Properties, Inc. Born and raised in Salem, Noah combines deep local knowledge with experience in both commercial and residential real estate to deliver results-driven outcomes for his clients.

After earning his degree in Business Marketing from Bridgewater College, Noah worked as a PM for a custom homebuilder in Charlotte’s SouthPark area, where he gained hands-on experience in construction and project execution. He then returned to the Roanoke Valley, where he has spent the past three years actively working in real estate.

With a background that bridges construction and brokerage, Noah offers a well-rounded perspective that helps clients evaluate opportunities, mitigate risk, and maximize value.

Noah is married to his wife, Hannah, and together they have one golden retriever son, Tank. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—whether at the lake, in the woods, on the golf course, or grilling with family and friends.
